Quetta: Rich tributes were paid to recently deceased legendary philanthropist, Abdul Sattar Edhi, in a obituary reference, on Friday.
Obituary Reference was held in Quetta Press Club under the auspices of Nawjawanan-e-Quetta.
Social workers, community leaders and members of civil society participated in the program.
Abdul Sattar Edhi died on 8th July in Karachi and Next day he was honored with a State Funeral.

Abdul Qayyum Bedar, former Program Manager PTV Quetta, was the chief guest of the obituary reference.
Paying tribute to Abdul Sattar Edhi, Mr. Bedar said “Edhi helped the helpless sections of the society.”
He further said that helping humanity is the main purpose of life and this is what Edhi told us through his illustrious life.
Others who spoke at the occasion include Azeem Kakar, Israr Panezai, Allaudin Kakar and Wadood Jamal, Chief Patron of Nawjawanan-e-Quetta.
