Taftan: Due to closer of Pak-Iran border gate traders are facing a lot of hurdles, learnt Balochistan Voices.
Iran Government has imposed ban on export of Pakistani fruits from Taftan Friendship gate but all kinds of Iranian fruits are entering Pakistan without any break. It is very sad to say that Iranian Government has imposed ban on Pakistani fruit export since last 7 years.
Border agreement rule bounds both countries to continue trade on both side, but Iranian government open and close trade gate on their self interest
People involved in export of fruits are facing a lot hurdles due to such activities of Iranian government.  Traders of Nushki, Kharan, Dalbandin and Washuk are dependent on border gate to earn some money and fulfill their family daily expenses
People of Taftan and traders demand from government of Balochistan and district administration Chagai to hold meeting with Iranian government and tackle this problem to ensure export of Pakistani fruits and other items via Zero point gate Taftan and make ease for traders.
