Quetta bloodshed again unveils the failure and incompetence of the incumbent government of Balochistan. Instead of a lion share in budget still the law enforcers not capable of curtailing such brutality from terrorist outfits.
According to a source, the government of Balochistan, since 2004 yearly spent tens of billion rupees on security in the poverty-Stricken province but still there is nothing in reality. Innocent masses are facing such mind-boggling circumstances and still they are burying the dead bodies of their loved one who are victimized by such terrorist attacks on daily basis. The politicians and the high officials suddenly come out from their luxurious and foolproof secured houses and through press reports pay their condolences and finger out on our rival countries then “ALLAH ALLAH KHAIR SALLAH”. Whether is this duty and responsibility of the government to pass condolences and just blame on our enemy countries for these deteriorated state of affairs in our province or to take prompt and concrete measures to assure the security of people of Balochistan.
After the attack, another slap on the face of the incumbent government, which has no ambulances to decently depart remains of Cadets. The bodies of Martyred police recruits shifted to their native areas on roofs of Mini Vans.
After some days of condolence and grief, this incident again goes just on the pages of history. The families of deceased are suffering lifelong but the government like parrot repeatedly start saying that on TV and print media reports that all is well and issue some confusing and vague statistics to show the declination of terrorist activities in the province.
Another matter of concern-raising its head that all recent terrorist attacks in provincial capital targeted the educated folk of the province and the main target of these inhumane organizations is educated cream of the province. The Provincial Public Service Commission of Balochistan going to conduct the PCS examination next month at Quetta, where approximately, between ten thousand to fifteen thousand aspirants going to try their lucks for Assistant Commissioner and Section Officers posts. If the government not taken any foolproof security measures for upcoming provincial competitive examinations God forbid, the soft target of our enemies would be the examination centers of said exams.
These are the wake-up calls for almost slumbering provincial government to turn the dimension of its priority towards the most urgent and most appropriate targets for development. No region can attain complete benefits of the construction of infrastructures and development. If the life of its masses is under the threat of any sudden terror attack.
