Quetta: 13-Year-Old Girl Sexually Assaulted and Killed

Quetta: Medical examination has confirmed that unidentified assailant sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl before killing her, on Sunday.
The 13-year old girl was found in critical condition in her home when her brother returned. She passed away when she was brought to the hospital. Doctors at Sandeman Provincial Hospital confirmed that girl was raped before being strangulated to death.
Chief Minister (CM) Balochistan, Abdul Quddus Bizenjo, took notice of the child abuse cum murder case and gave a two days’ notice to Police for arresting the culprits.

After the direction of CM Balochistan, a high powered investigation committee of Police was formed to probe the sexual abuse and murder of the 13-year old girl in Quetta.
This case in Quetta is a continuation of child sexual abuse and murder cases in Pakistan which received national media attention after the case of Zainab in Kasur district.
