Condolence Reference Held for Late Journalist Mian Muhammad Siddique

Quetta: A condolence reference was held to pay tribute to late Mian Muhammad Siddique on Sunday, 30 December 2018 in Quetta Press Club.
Working journalists belonging to electronic and print media attended the condolence reference to pay tribute late Mian Muhammad Siddique for his great efforts.
“Being a Trade Unionist, Mian Muhammad struggled hard to get rights of working Journalists,” said Mr. Saleem Shahid Senior Vice president PFUJ on the occasion. He added that Mian Muhammad Siddique raised voice for the rights of working journalists on every platform. He was very brave and committed man. He has gone to jail and also bore a lot of trouble in his struggle but never withdraw from genuine demands of fellow workers.
“He gave a new path to Journalism during his work,” said Shahzada Zulfiqar Chairman Joint Media Action Committee. Late Mian Muhammad Siddique started his work when he was 17 years old. He was a very nice person that’s why today we are gathered to pay him tribute. Everyone is busy with such a machine life but some of the committed friends are still here. They have feelings for each other in our field, added Zulfiqar.
Journalism is our family, said Mr. Khalil Ahmed President BUJ while speaking during condolence reference. The arrangement of condolence reference is a good step of Quetta Press Club to remember journalist friends. He added that Late Mian Muhammad Siddique was a frontline trade Unionist for journalist rights. He plays a prominent role in his journalism field. It is impossible to forget his services for Journalists.
President Quetta Press Club Raza Ur Rehman, General Secretary Abdul Khaliq Rind, Hammad Ullah Siapad, and others also spoke and paid tribute to Late Mian Muhammad Siddique.
