Quetta:  In the vacancies of Pakistan Standards Quality control Authority (PSQCA) Karachi, Islamabad has been allotted a quota separate from Punjab which is violation of government quota rules.
According to the Chapter 2 of the Estacode, Quota of Punjab includes Islamabad as well and there can’t be a separate quota for Islamabad.
However, applications were invited for 67 vacancies in 6 heads through an advertisement for PSQCA on 28th August which violated this rule and allotted separate Quota for Islamabad in addition to existing quota of Punjab.
