Good health is central to handling stress and living a longer, more active life.
Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
When I was a little girl, unfortunately, the doctor injected me with the medicine to which I was allergic so I faced health issues in my life.
Especially my left eye tissues damaged badly and I couldn’t read for a long time and also I couldn’t go in front of light, fire, wind, and sun due to sensitivity.
I wanted to continue my study so I did m.phl with the help of my right eye, now I want to pursue Ph.D. but unfortunately, now my eyes are too sensitive so I can’t do it.
Before this all I didn’t know about was the function of tears in the eyeball, now I know, and I realized we are not thankful to God that he blessed us with everything.
I spent a lot of time at the hospital because of health issues so I had enough time to observe patients and doctors.
I saw patients die in the hospital and his or her relatives and attendants make noise and attack doctors and nurses.
During coronavirus, people are disturbing the doctors and they behave badly and treating them badly. All these years I go to the hospital for regular check-ups and I witness lots of things, doctors have to save many lives if they fail, people attack them and blame them.
Once I was in PIMS hospital Islamabad, I saw one patient who couldn’t survive and his family tortured doctors and nurses badly the family wanted to have
So they make noise and physical violence. They got furious and uncontrollable.
