Honor violence is a form of abuse that shames, hurts or kills thousands of women and girls. Honor violence is usually observed as physical and sometimes includes mental, rape, sexual assaults or killing for ransom sometimes. Unfortunately, the females become the easiest approaches who appear in forced marriages and their general mutilation.
It involves many perpetrators within the family or community. According to United Nations, 5,000 women had become the victim of honor killing the previous year, and similarly, 20,000 women are reportedly killed worldwide yearly. India, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Pakistan including some other Asian countries are at high peak with respect to honor violence.
The United Nations and other human organizations are, therefore, requested to take solid measures to eradicate this problem very soon and save women.
