A Baloch student named Bilal Baloch son of Manzoor Ahmad is a student of DVM 4th Semester in Lasbela University.
The student who is in critical Circumstances, basically from Panjgur and now belongs to Hub Choki. Due to unaffordable fee of Uthal University he is about to leave the institute.
It’s my humble request to the government and to those peoples who can the feel the pain of this student to finance his education at the moment.
